Hi I'm Tiffany Watson I am the behavioral health supervisor here at the Curtis Health Center we've been here servicing our students for the past eight years so at this site it's located right inside of the building we're right outside of the lunch room and in this site you're able to get mental health services as well as medical services could include immunizations, physicals, sick visit, as well as first aid so why you definitely want to also sign up for that is we do not have a school nurse and you can be seen by one of our nurse practitioners or our R.N. that's here and we can provide an array of services obviously including the physicals and such as I mentioned and we also have Behavioral Health Services that run from Counseling Services up until we can actually do psychological evaluations as well as med management. Very easy to sign up able to use this form you sign up and then you're good for the whole 4 years that you're here we also have an electronic version that we be able to send that to you once you're signed up you get all the services we work with your PCP or any outside providers that you do work with to be a  support this just makes it easier so that we don't have to interrupt your work day by maybe having to pick up your child to go to a visit so this is an amazing service to have here we've had it for the last eight years and I actually am an alumni myself so I love the school so much that I came back to help and we actually have some more alumni that work here as well but I definitely think you should sign your kid up and have them enjoy the great services that we have at this site
