Media Studies
The media studies small learning community offers students opportunities to explore the following: writing, layout, photojournalism, broadcasting and print production. The institute annually publishes eight newspapers, and a nationally recognized yearbook. It maintains a news website that features articles, videos and photography. The broadcast class has a weekly show as well. Students in the broadcast class have the opportunity to live stream games with commentary. Students also have the opportunity to participate in partnerships with local media outlets.
